Model SOLDI E SCATI VALDASTICO [Found]
Hi there,
I found this fixture on your website: http://phozagora.free.fr/?page=Lanterne_Alabianca
It is marked as unknown and it says that some pieces might be found in Alessandria. Can someone be more specific about this? I live near Alessandria (40Km) and might investigate onto this lantern, but without a precise reference (street? address? suburb?) it is difficult to investigate since Alessandria is quite a bit city.
Thankyou
P.S. It seems to be a SOX of some kind (SOX180?, SOX 135?) or am I wrong?

Re: Model SOLDI E SCATI VALDASTICO [Found]
Just to report that this lantern producer was SOLDI E SCATI and the model name was VALDASTICO. They were specifically concieved for the A31 Vicenza-Piovene Rocchette Highway and subsequently sold to some other contractors.
As far as I know there existed 2 versions, 1 SOX 180W and 1 SOX 2x55w. The Valdastico ones are all gone and I have not been able to save some for just one week of delay (the responsible who replaced them with LED and who revealed me the model and producer name told me he is sorry and if he knew of my interest before, he would have kept some for me), so unless we find other places where these lanterns are still operative, the whole model is extinct.
We can basically say that the VALDASTICO were the heir of ENH

Re: Model SOLDI E SCATI VALDASTICO [Found]
Unlike told before, the GC of the A31 Mororway contacted me stating that they discovered some previously untracked units of this lantern.
Pictures are in attachment. It can be confirmed that the manufacturer was SOLDI & SCATI. There is no label, since they were explicitly designed for motorways. (None of the 4 salvaged units have stickers of any kind).
So, a good news, no extinction today, but model still alive and salvaged.
