There is a mistake in the pages dedicated to SOLDI E SCATI (Italy). The company was acquired in a "composition with creditors" state in 1994 by CARIBONI, as stated in the company's website (https://www.caribonigroup.com/it/azienda/storia/), and not by GRECHI.
The same GRECHI ILLUMINAZIONE was declared bankrupt in 2013 and closed down. The actual GRECHI is only a trademark owned by Fontes de Paris which still sells part of the old Grechi catalogue but never had something to do with SOLDI E SCATI.
